Although Simpsonville is a small town,
there are more than 400 businesses for area
residents to take care of their shopping
needs. These areas are centralized in two
main areas. The downtown area has created
a niche by offering shoppers specialty stores
with the Fairview Rd. and 1-385 area as
the fastest growing area with future growth
including an expanded Wal-Mart Supercenter,
Publix grocery store and Belks department
store. However, for heading to the mall,
there are three located just minutes away
